Educational Qualification: – Experience in specification, selection and purchase of Rotating equipment such as centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, steam turbines, centrifugal & reciprocating pumps etc. – Conversant with API codes applicable to rotating equipment, OISD guidelines & other statutory safety requirements/guidelines. – Thorough understanding of conceptual, FEED, basic and detailed engineering design management and performance evaluation criteria, engineering reviews, HAZOP & other safety studies and hazardous area classifications. – Experience in installation, ,commissioning and trouble shooting of rotary equipment – Experience in maintenance, overhaul, condition monitoring, failure analysis, vibration analysis etc. will be an added advantage. – Experience of working with major consultants for handling medium and large scale projects.
Job Duties: Develop specifications, data sheets and necessary technical bid documents for procurement of rotary equipment – Technical review of bids, expediting, shop inspection and coordination with vendors – Installation , precommissioning checks and commissioning of rotary equipment including vibration measurements , installation of seals , troubleshooting etc – Develop and manage necessary contracts – Coordination with various agencies including OEMs and Project management consultant for resolution of issues

Educational Qualification: – Experience on Project planning, monitoring and progress reporting of green field and brown field large scale projects. – Experience on project planning packages like Primavera and MS Projects and should be well versed with various Project MIS, S curves, project plans, critical paths, catch up plans, cost estimates, cost control procedures etc for overall as well as different phases of projects including Engineering, Procurement, construction and commissioning. – General awareness on the activity duration for various activities, weightages, progress measurement / reporting etc. and should have some experience of project execution. – Well conversant with all the documentations related to the project, OISD guidelines & other statutory safety requirements/guidelines. – Experience of working with major consultants for handling medium and large scale projects.

Educational Qualification: – Candidate should have experience on Piping and pressure vessels design – Awareness of applicable codes, standards, metallurgy, quality requirements, statutory/safety requirements during design, procurement and construction etc. – Experience on designing piping layouts, stress analysis , pressure vessels designs, heat exchanger designs, make/review detailed fabrication drawings, isometrics, 3-D Models etc using various mechanical design software. – Experience on making technical specifications for floating tenders, review offers, review vendors drawings/documents, providing technical clarifications etc. – Well conversant with OISD guidelines & other statutory safety requirements/guidelines. – Candidate should have experience of working with major consultants for handling medium and large scale projects.

Educational Qualification: – Experience on DFRs, BDEPs, process packages, P &IDs, designing of plant layouts, Hazop and risk analysis. – Hands on experience on Process simulation software preferably HYSIS, process specifications of equipment like columns, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, measuring and control instruments, heat-mass balance, piping ,safety/statutory requirements etc. for large projects in a continuous process industry like petroleum refinery, petrochemicals, fertilizer units, or in Consultancy Services Company executing large & medium size projects in petroleum refinery, petrochemicals or fertilizer units. – Experience of project execution including making specifications, understanding design aspects, review offers, review technical drawings / documents, pre-commissioning checks, commissioning assistance, trouble shooting, coordination with licensors etc. – Well conversant with OISD guidelines & other statutory safety requirements/guidelines. – Candidate should have experience of working with major consultants for handling medium and large scale projects.
Job Duties: – Provide inputs for preparation of draft PFR/ DFR for new projects, review draft PFR/DFR made by consultants for its finalization. – Co-ordinate in preparation of various management approval notes, licensor selection of a project for preparation / review of draft NIT, review of technical offers, coordination with consultant during licensor selection. – Provide assistance in activities for obtaining various statutory approvals of a project, review of draft PFDs, draft P&IDs, equipment and instrument datasheet for finalization of Basic Design Engineering Package, HAZOP studies, review of MR, plant 3D, DCS graphics and DCS FAT during detailed engineering of project, etc. – Preparation of LPR for catalyst and chemicals procurement & MRR for vendor payment. – Participate in internal/ external safety audit of new projects, tie in point identification of project and its finalization – Co-ordinate during pre-commissioning of a project for checking and ensuring installed facilities as per design specifications as well as during start -up and guarantee test run of new units, etc. – Provide assistance for precommissioning /commissioning of constructed facilities and troubleshooting of the same including coordination with licensors

Job Designation: Production Engineer
Pay Scale: Rs.29,100 – 54,500
Educational Qualification: – Should have worked as production/process engineer in Petroleum refinery, petrochemical or fertilizer units. – Hands on experience in distillation, hydrotreating, Catalytic conversion, hydrogen generation, Sulphur recovery unit. – Experience in handling plant startup and shutdowns, operations of large compressors / blowers / pumps, trouble shooting of unit operation, commissioning of these units, knowledge about control system, and understanding of the P&ID. – Experience of handling a team of technicians and working shifts.
Job Duties: – The job involves working in three shifts as a field supervisor or control panel (DCS) supervisor in process plants/Oil movement & storage area. – Responsible for safe operation of plant – Lead a team of technicians – Handle plant start up/shut downs and emergency issues. – Trouble shooting and resolving operational issues, etc.
