Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) invites ONLINE Applications from the eligible candidates who fulfill the following eligibility criterion given below for filling up the Following 222 Posts included in the Combined Engineering Services Examination (2009-10 to 2012-13) :-
Detail of Vacancies :- 222 Posts
Assistant Inspector :- 13 Posts
Junior Electrical Inspector :- 07 Posts
Junior Assistant :- 02 Posts
Age Limit :- Should have completed 18 years and Below 30 Years (as on 01.07.2012). (See Relaxation Detail In Advertisement)
Pay Scale :-
I. For Assistant Engineers Rs. 15600-39100+Grade pay Rs.5400/- p.m.
II. For Other Posts .Rs.15600-39100 +Grade pay Rs.4700/- p.m.
Educational Qualifications :- (as on 24.12.2012) A degree of BE/B.Tech
OR
A pass in Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations.

Application Fee :- Examination fee Rs.175/- (Examination Fee Rs.125/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-) (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only).
Those who have registered in the one time registration system and paid the registration fee of Rs.50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee for a period of 5 years from the date of registration even if he applies for any other posts, subsequently notified by the Commission. But those candidates shall pay examination fee if applicable.
